…when you are slightly thirsty. There is the old saying that you should not go grocery shopping, when you’re hungry, but try thirsty sometime.
I find myself buying veg, low fat products and fruits. And in average it makes so much easier to buy healthy food. I don’t even want to think of buying heavy, salty or sweet food. I suppose this goes well only if you’re not great fan of the soft drinks and juices, because I am not into them. For me this works even better than a shopping list.
